Charlestown, NH remodel. Historic stone house
The original trim was removed, scraped, and refinished. The cove on top of the baseboard was completely burried in the wall from another builder. The base and trim were made from 1 piece of wood. Spindles turned locally. The floors were hand scraped and sanded. This is our most popular flooring. A custom blend of oils and stains on pine with a tough finish layer with no VOC's.

Hardi Siding
Lots of demo, insulation, and plaster. Studs were removed for better insulation values. This house was tested for air movement at the start and finish. A 30% improvement was measured.
Windsor Vt. remodel
Custom built ins with dovetailed drawers. Cherry floors and original doors to finish it off. The customer did the paint which is usually an option on most projects.
